Principal Administrators Leadership

Support (PALs) Program

The SWGA RESA Principal Administrators Leadership Support (PALs)

Program is designed for coaching and mentoring (Administrative

Leaders). The PALs Program includes Principals and Assistant

Principals employed in the fifteen SWGA RESA School Systems with a

concentration on Rural Education and Innovation (REI) School Districts

as well as CSI, TI and Promise Schools. The PALs participants are

assigned Leadership Coaches to assist them in becoming Exemplary,

Effective and Efficient Administrative School Leaders.
